Constructed in 1971 at a cost of $2.7 Million, Anderson Executive Tower is the tallest building in all of Madison County, Indiana. In fact, it’s the tallest structure north of Indianapolis and south of Lafayette, standing at just over 155’ tall. Centrally located in downtown Anderson, this building features 10 stories of over 70,000 square feet commercial office space, suitable for soloprenerus and Fortune 500 companies alike. Bright floors with breathtaking views, are made possible with high ceilings at the tower.

Acquired in 2021 by Mariusz Kurylo, a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of real estate investing experience, with the intent of re-energizing downtown Anderson.
